Our service vehicles are equipped with modern equipment and the necessary supplies to provide emergency service and/or temporary shoring/board-up to secure the site. On site within the hour following notification, Trimac will provide emergency board-up, shoring etc. as required to secure the site. Once the site has been released, we will thoroughly examine all areas to determine necessary repairs/restoration requirement. With extensive training and "state of the art" extraction equipment, Trimac can effectively remove and dry any areas, large or small, exposed to water damage. Our certified water technicians will monitor and record humidity levels to ensure that effective drying takes place and that any further damage is mitigated. Documentation of initial readings, ongoing and final readings are provided to the insurance company for every loss. We provide pick-up, cleaning, and delivery of all affected contents, with storage facilities available in both the Toronto and Durham Region operations centres. The inside storage facilities are large, clean and secure. Additional storage is available for larger items in our secured storage containers. Both operations centres house cleaning facilities for both handwash items and steam-cleaned items. Our cleaning vehicles are equipped to handle on-site services with efficiency. A specialized field, mold remediation should only be undertaken by certified professionals with the training and expertise to complete the extraction properly. Trimac's staff has been trained and certified in mold remediation and will take all necessary steps to ensure the safe removal and disposal of fungal contaminants, and following through with restoration services. Mould remediation is a staged process which involves containment, killing of the mould, removal of the affected materials, and restoration of the area. In some cases, damage is so extensive that demolition of the building is the only acceptable route. Trimac will provide demolition and disposal services for these situations. The photos below show a house ravaged by fire and under demolition. Trimac handles a variety of commercial and industrial losses. Fire damage resulting in a two million dollar property claim was serviced for emergency procedures within an hour of notification, with restoration work being completed on time and on budget. The containment and removal of oil contaminated materials requires experienced staff to ensure that sufficient testing, treating and disposal of contaminants is completed. Trimac's staff have been completing oil spill containment and removal work for over 25 years. Co-ordinating efforts between staff, disposal companies, and government agencies, we ensure that all environmental requirements are met. Utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment, Trimac follows a proven protocol to reliably clean the contaminated area, and remediate/restore the site. Trimac has been engaged to perform oil spill services on both large and small sites, with exemplary results. Trimac completes restoration projects caused by a variety of loss types. On the increase, are marijuana grow houses which have been stripped and renovated to allow for the production of large quantities of plants. Vandalism, break and enters etc. all cause considerable damage to a property. Trimac understands the frustration and aggravation that the property owners experience, and strive to provide prompt, quality service bringing the project to a satisfactory conclusion on a timely basis, and allowing the property owners to be back to their normal routine as quickly as possible. Trimac reinspects each completed project reviewing the scope, quality and degree of completion of each phase of the job. Customer satisfaction remains our top priority and our reinspectors review, evaluate and document the project, ensuring deficiencies, if any, are quickly resolved.
Trimac follows up with each restoration project, reinspecting and sending out customer service questionnaires designed to identify any problem areas, and also to provide feedback for jobs well done. |
